North Adams Transcript

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

* Allan W. Tatro II, 33, of Columbia Street in Adams, was found guilty of driving with a revoked license. The court sentenced him to 120 days in the Berkshire County House of Correction with a one-day credit.

* Matthew A. Malloy, 21, of Friend Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness. The court continued the matter without a finding until June 1, 2010.

* Joseph P. McCormick III, 30, of Church Street in North Adams, pleaded not guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license and a fugitive-from-justice warrant. The court scheduled a pre-trial hearing for Nov. 16.

* Ronald L. Solomon, 54, of Chestnut Street in North Adams, pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct.
